白巧克力曲奇 White Chocolate Cookies



做24 个(Makes 24)

材料 (Ingredients):
115克软牛油 (115g softened butter)
115克白糖 (115g white sugar or soft brown sugar)
一颗蛋,打散 (1 egg, beaten)
250克自发粉 (250g self-raising flour)
少许盐 (pinch of salt)
125克白巧克力,切碎 (125g white chocolate, chopped)
50克巴西果仁,切碎 (50g chopped Brazil nuts)


做法 (Method):
烘炉设在190°C(Preheat the oven to 190°C)

将牛油和糖混和打在一起,直到变得非常轻和软(In a large mixing bowl,cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy)

将打散的蛋加入混和物中,继续搅拌直至完全溶和在一起(Gradually add the beaten egg to the cream mixture, beating well after each addition)

通过漏网将自发粉和盐加入其中,混打完全溶和(Sift the flour and salt into the creamed mixture and blend well)

加入白巧克力和果仁并混和 (Stir in the white chocolate chunks and chopped Brazil nuts)

用小茶匙将混和物分成24份放在烤盘上,6份一烤盘,在烘炉中烤10-12分钟 (Place heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture on the baking sheets, put no more than 6 on each sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes)
